RE: AUTHORIZATION OF WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO ESTABLISH SPECIAL
REVENUE FUND FOR ANTI-RECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE MONIES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado deem it advisable and in the best interest of Weld County
to authorize the Weld County Treasurer to establish a special revenue
fund for the accumulation and disbursement of Anti-Recession Fiscal
Assistance monies received by Weld County subject to the provisions
of P.L. 95 - 30 , use of which monies
shall be determined at a later date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County that Mike Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, be and
hereby is authorized to establish a special revenue fund for the
accumulation and disbursement of Anti-Recession Fiscal Assistance
monies received by Weld County subject to the provisions of P.L. 95-30.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of July,
A.D. , 1978.
