Home My WebLink About20193527.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Karl Kohlgraf to said board as a Regular Member District 1, with a term to expire July 31, 2022, to replace Gary Cyr, and Todd Baker be appointed to said board as an Associate Member At -Large representative, to replace Jim Rohn, both with terms to expire July 31, 2022. WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gene Stille be reappointed to said board as a Regular Member At -Large, with a term to expire July 31, 2022, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Karl Kohlgraf, Todd Baker and Gene Stille be, and hereby are, appointed and reappointed to the Board of Adjustment, with terms to expire July 31, 2022. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of August, A.D., 2019.
