RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO NORTHERN COLORADO RETAC (NORTHEAST
COLORADO REGIONAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL AND TRAUMA SERVICES
ADVISORY COUNCIL)
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Northern Colorado RETAC (Northeast
Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council), and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint the
below listed designees to said Northern Colorado RETAC (Northeast Colorado Regional
Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council), with positions and terms also to
follow:
Nathan Spruce, Ambulance Regular Member: June 30, 2020
Darin Dalton, Ambulance Alternate Member: June 30, 2020
Marilyn Sykes -Johnson, Trauma Regular Member: June 30, 2021
Pamela Howes, Trauma Alternate Member: June 30, 2021
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above listed designees, be, and hereby are, appointed to the Northern
Colorado RETAC (Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency Medical and Trauma Services
Advisory Council), with terms to expire as listed above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of November, A.D., 2019.
