WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3-8 (4) (c) of the Weld
County Home Rule Charter, it shall be the duty of the Board
of County Commissioners to appoint the department heads of
county offices, departments and divisions, and
WHEREAS, Section 4-4 (A) of said Charter provides for
a Division of Planning, Zoning and Inspection. It has been
recommended that Joseph Jarvis be appointed as Building
Inspection Division Head.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Joseph Jarvis be,
and he hereby is appointed as Building Inspection Division
Head; and that Mr. Jarvis serve in this capacity at the
pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
2nd day of January, 1976 .
