they are the lowest bidder that meets all specifications. The bid is for a 2019 Ford F-150, Long
Bed X1E/163. The cost is $31,889.00 each for a total of $63,778.00.

The Public Works Department recommends awarding the bid to the lowest bidder meeting specs, Spradley
Barr Ford, for one, '/-Ton 4X4 Super/Double/Quad Cab Pickup at a cost of $31,889.00. Phil Long Ford of
Denver did not meet spec for the tow package.
There is $42,000 budgeted for this purchase.
