HomeMy WebLinkAbout20192820.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE PERMIT APPLICATION AND REPORT OF CHANGES TO CHANGE, ALTER, OR MODIFY LIQUOR LICENSED PREMISES AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EL CENTENARIO ENTERTAINMENT, LLC, DBA EL CENTENARIO NIGHTCLUB WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Permit Application and Report of Changes from El Centenario Entertainment, LLC, dba El Centenario Nightclub, for permission to change, alter or modify its premises, in connection with its Tavern (County) Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors, for consumption on the premises only, subject to the rules and regulations found in Article 3, Title 44, C.R.S., as described in the application and displayed on the diagram of the premises submitted by the Licensee, and WHEREAS, said application is for the remodeling of the premises located at 10763 Turner Boulevard, Unit 1, Longmont, Colorado 80504, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Permit Application and Report of Changes from El Centenario Entertainment, LLC, dba El Centenario Nightclub, for permission to change, alter or modify its premises as described in the application and displayed on the diagram of the premises submitted by the Licensee, be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that as a condition of said approval to change alter, or modify its premises, the Licensee shall comply with the provisions of Chapters 23 and 29 of the Weld County Code, and obtain any permits required therein.
