LANDSCAPE INFORMATION:
The Fenced lot has roadways of at least 25', and back in and pull through RV parking rows, which are
clearly and neatly lined on 4 sides with long lasting nylon rope. There is a 10' grassy landscaping setback
along the south property line (550') of Lot 6 outside of the fence abutting the County Road 6. There may
be a triangular decorative area under the sign at the entrance near CR 6. Decorative area will consist of
3/4" washed rock and drought resistant bushes or greenery. The sign is 3' x 8' and is hung on the fence 3'
off the ground. A 6' tall chainlink privacy fencing encloses the perimeter.. The parking area will be
buffered from view from the roadway by the fencing. There are parking areas on the north and south of
the building with an ADA parking space. All crushed asphalt or gravel surfaces and roadways will be
maintained throughout the property. Maintenance will also include mowing, yearly weed spraying, and
regular trash pickup.
