This power of attorney is granted by and under authonty of the following provisions:
(1) By-Laws adopted by the Stockholders of the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY at a meet-
ing duly called and held on the 10th day of February, 1943.

SECTION 11. Attorneys-in-Fact shall have Dower and authority.subject to the terms and limitations of the power of attorney issued to them,to

RESOLVED:Robert N. H. Senor, Assistant Vice-President and Thomas F. Delaney,Assistant Vice-President. shall each have as long as he
holds such office the same Dower as any Vice-President under Sections 6. 7 and 8 of Article IV of the ay-Laws 01 the Company.

adopted by the Directors of the HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMNITY COMPANY at a meeting duly called and
held on the 6th day of August, 1976,
