County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, hereinafter referred
to as Weld County.

construction of county roads, and

NOW, THEREFORE, Owner and Weld County agree that Weld

County may use its equipment to remove the ) N (K material from
Owner ' s land.
Owner and Weld County also agree to the following provisions :

Mr. Jaeger to furnish clay material for Road 386 , in return
County to fix up all roads to ranch including gravel. No
monetary value to be exchanged.
