The Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bid responses. Zivaro, Inc. out of
Denver, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $89,459.71 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1900077 Fortinet
Maintenance to Zivaro, Inc. for a total amount of $89,459.71.
