To Whom it may concern,
I am a resident on CR 19 and would like to voice my concern about case # USR18-0108. I am
concerned about the commercial concrete business and it's effects on the residential neighborhood
that it will be in. This area has been a residential neighborhood for a long time and is now being
developed further with large single family homes that are bringing in new families with smaller
children. Commercial concrete traffic in the area would not only take away from the reason why may
people move to this location, but also bring down home values and create a safety issue for
children.
Furthermore the county road that the company is proposing to use is an unmaintained and cannot
sustain heavy use without additional cost to either the county or private residences.
Lastly there is a resident bald eagle nest within 100yd s of the property that is being proposed for
commercial use. The extra traffic and noise pollution that will be produced by operations will more
than likely effect their breeding and habitat.
I am not alone in my views. Many current residences are concerned about how it would look visually
and very concerned about how this project will financially effect them.
