special review permit (USR19-0055) to replace the existing 260 foot guyed public safety communications tower
located at 62999 County Road 105 Grover, Colorado, Parcel#021521100005, PT N2NE4 21 11 60 LOT A REC
EXEMPT RE -4715, Section 21, Township 11, Range 60W; with a new 280 foot self-supporting public safety
communications tower.
This letter serves as notification of a Weld. County Planning Commission Hearing to be held November 5, 2019,
with the hearing beginning at 12:30 pm and a Weld County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Hearing
November 27, 2019 with the hearing beginning at 10:00 am. Both hearings will be in the Weld County
