Subject: Cureton Hookside USFS Call Follow-up
Hi, Vern. I hope you had a nice weekend. Nick Holland and I appreciated you taking time to talk with us
last Wednesday regarding Cureton Front Range, LLC's proposed Hookside Project in Weld County. If
you've thought of any additional questions since we spoke, please let us know. We had committed to
providing you with the anticipated traffic estimates for the first phase of the Project after our call.
For the first phase, or compressor station phase, the Project site will be an unmanned facility with 1-2
visits per day by up to 1-2 staff to perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and other facility
management duties. Cureton is proposing two access points along WCR 100. Cureton is not proposing
any traffic or road changes to the two -track road that borders the Project site on the east (i.e., WCR 99).
Please let us know if you have any further questions about this.
Vern, would you please let me know when you'll be meeting with the Board of Directors from the Grazing
Association? I believe you mentioned their next meeting is in March. I'd like to circle back with you after
that meeting to see if the Association had any comments about the Hookside Project.
Thank you for your time, Vern.
