Based upon the information discussed at the meeting, the Board understands and agrees to the following: 1. We understand you have been communicating with Haley Balzano, Engineer 1, who has provided you a list of items and revisions she needs in order to approve the Grading Permit. You have expressed to Mr. Barker that VOA hopes to provide such information and revisions to Ms. Balzano sometime this week. You anticipate the excavation and contouring work will take approximately thirty (30) to sixty (60) days from the date of beginning to complete (completion at the latest by February 1, 2020). The work is scheduled to commence upon VOA's receipt of the Grading permit. You have agreed to provide Mr. Barker with a copy of VOA's contract for the work. Upon completion of the work, VOA will provide a survey and certification, signed and stamped by a Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer, stating that the drainage ponds meet the holding capacity listed above. 2. Upon commencement of the work described above and after the WCDPW has received a Final Drainage Report with design for on -site water quality treatment as well as conveying storm water to the drainage ponds with the holding capacity detailed above, Russell Coburn, LLC (, may record its plat (assuming all other Conditions of Approval have been met) and then apply with the WCDPW for a grading permit. The application must include a grading plan, erosion control plan and erosion control details. 3. Upon commencement of the work described above, the hold on four (4) pre -applications at the Weld County Department of Planning Services for properties within Vista Commercial will be lifted. As a result, they may proceed through the planning process. They are: PRE019-0077, PRE019-0096, PRE 19-0222, and PRE 19-0246. However, none of these pre -application properties will be eligible for grading permits until the work by VOA on the drainage ponds detailed above is complete.
