(Amended to Reflect a Term Date of January 12, 2021, Instead of January 11, 2022)
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO 911 EMERGENCY TELEPHONE SERVICE
AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the 911 Emergency Telephone Service
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Darin Dalton to said 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board as the Emergency
Medical Service County Appointee, to replace Mitch Wagy, with a term to expire January 12,
2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Darin Dalton, be, and hereby is, appointed to the 911 Emergency
Telephone Service Authority Board, with a term to expire January 12, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of December, A.D., 2019.
