RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR18-0123, FOR A 256 -FOOT IN HEIGHT TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNA
TOWER IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - DUANGCHAI WASHBURN
C/O NEXIUS SOLUTIONS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 20th day of
March, 2019, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Duangchai Washburn, 375 Ash Court, Eaton, CO 80615, c/o Nexius Solutions,
Inc., 1000 Speer Blvd., Apt. 603, Denver, CO 80204, for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit, USR18-0123, for a 256 -foot in height Telecommunication Antenna
Tower in the A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit:
The SE1/4 of Section 14, Township 8 North, Range
62 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to May 1, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., to allow Duangchai
Washburn c/o Nexius Solutions, Inc., adequate time to assess the proposed location of the tower
due to a different tower being in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to May 1, 2019,
at 10:00 a.m.
