Julie,
I checked with Kris Ranslem with our office. It looks like May 21st is the earliest Planning Commission
hearing date we can do. The earliest Board of County Commissioners Hearing date available is June
19th (only 4 Commissioners). If not then — then later July (7/24 or 7/31).
Let us know. Be sure to respond or at least copy Kris Ranslem as well — kranslemPweldgov.com

Chris,
If there is available space for our Speer project to get onto the May 7th PC hearing we would like to
do that. But please don't cancel April 2 until we know the status from your scheduling person.
Thanks a lot for your help and have a good evening.

The sooner the better (as newspaper notice was just sent out this week). I can check tomorrow to
see if notice has already been sent to the paper — if we can pull the notice then it will not have to be
brought up on the agenda and continued at the originally scheduled Planning Commission and Board
Hearings.
I can tell you at this point — it appears that the soonest tentative Planning Commission hearing date
would be Tuesday, May 7th. I will need to confirm up with our scheduling coordinator on this — to
see how full that hearing date is with already scheduled cases.

We may have to proceed with those hearing dates. I called twice yesterday and received no call back. I tried again this
morning before I left and still haven't had any contact. It is to be published tomorrow so, unfortunately, I think we will
have to request a continuance on those dates.

Hi Kris,
Chris mentioned that you had called the paper to have them hold the notice for 1MJUSR19-14-0035 because they were
discussing later dates (PC 5/21, BOCC 6/19). Were you able to put a stop to the notice for 4/2 PC and 4/24 BOCC, or will
need to proceed with those dates and request a continuance?
