This will allow time for the applicant to complete noise modeling (in its built -out condition for this facility). The applicant has submitted letters/notice to surrounding property owners within 1 mile of the facility informing them of this continuance request. The Department of Planning Services is in support of this request. I can check tomorrow to see if notice has already been sent to the paper — if we can pull the notice then it will not have to be brought up on the agenda and continued at the originally scheduled Planning Commission and Board Hearings. I can tell you at this point — it appears that the soonest tentative Planning Commission hearing date would be Tuesday, May 7th. I will need to confirm up with our scheduling coordinator on this — to see how full that hearing date is with already scheduled cases.
