QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this 9th day of August, A.D. , 1976,
between WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests of the COUNTY OF
WELD, and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and THE
PRESENT OWNERS, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, and
in consideration of the sum of other valuable considerations
and ten dollars, to said party of the first part in hand and
ri paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these
o presents does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM
unto the said parties of the second part, all the right,
ri title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the
first part has in and to the following described real estate
situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to-wit:
A parcel of ground located in the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section
16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colo-
rado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
South Quarter Corner (S4 Cor) of said Section 16, and considering the
South line of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section 16 as hearing
North 90°00'00" East, with all other bearings contained herein being
relative thereto; Thence North 90°00'00" East, along the South line of
the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section 16, 496.30 feet to the South-
west Corner (SW Cor) of West Ridge Subdivision; Thence North 00°00'00"
East, along the West line of said West Ridge Subdivision, 75.00 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing North 00°00'00" East,
along the West line of said West Ridge Subdivision, 588.71 feet to the
North line of said West Ridge Subdivision; Thence North 90°00'00" East,
along the North line of said West Ridge Subdivision, 40.00 feet; Thence
North 00°00'00" East, 200.00 feet; Thence North 90°00'00" East, 60.00 feet;
Thence South 00°00'00" West, 408.71 fcct to a point on the North Right-
of-Way line of 27th Street; Thence South 90°00'00" West, along the North
Right-of-Way line of said 27th Street, 20.00 feet; Thence South 00°00'00"
West, 60.00 feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of said 27th
Street; Thence North 90°00'00" East, along the South Right-of-Way line of
said 27th Street, 20.00 feet; Thence South 00°00'00" West, 320.00 fcct;
Thence South 90°00'00" West, 100.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
To have and to hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit, and behoof of the said parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever.

1976, by WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for its respective interests.

Victor L. Jacobucci, Roy Moser, Norman Carlson and June K.

and Jeanne Lou Heimbuck as Deputy County Clerk
for Weld County, a municipal corporation and a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado.
