RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND
WESTERN TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado desires to obtain two (2)
Special Use Permits and three (3) Mining and Reclamation Per-
mits from the State of Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Western Technical Services has agreed to prepare
applications for said permits , and
WHEREAS, a contract between Weld County, Colorado and
Western Technical Services has been prepared for such services,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve
said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the contract between
Weld County, Colorado and Western Technical Services for pro-
fessional services be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
June, A.D. , 1979..
