RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR THE WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL COUNTY
CERTIFICATE NO. 671 OF THE 1975 TAX SALE ISSUED TO THE COUNTY
FOR THE 1974 TAXES WITH THE 1975, 1976 AND 1977 TAXES ENDORSED
THEREON IN THE AMOUNT OF $239. 82 .
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Weld County Treasurer has requested authori-
zation to cancel County Tax Sale issued to the County for the
1974 taxes with the 1975, 1976 and 1977 taxes endorsed thereon,
on improvements only in the West Half Northeast Quarter of Sec-
tion 19, Township 6, Range 66 West (17849 Tigges) , in the amount
of $239. 82 . The improvements are gone and are no longer being
assessed, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado believes it to be in the best interests of the County
to cancel said Tax Sale Certificate as requested by the County
Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Weld County Trea-
surer be, and hereby is, authorized to cancel County Tax Sale
Certificate No. 671 of the 1975 tax sale issued to the County
for the 1974 taxes with the 1975, 1976 and 1977 taxes endorsed
thereon in the amount of $239. 82.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of
May, A.D. , 1979.

Please furnish a resolution authorizing the County Treasurer
to cancel County Certificate No. 571 of the 1975 tax sale and
aas issued to the County for the taxes of 1974 with the 1975,
1976 and 1977 taxes endorsed thereon, on Imps only WANE- Sec 19
TG 255 (17849 Tigges) . The Imps are gone and no longer being
assessed.
