RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC
HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, the Weld Courty Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Katerie Lauck as the District 4 representative, and to appoint Jeff Reck as the At -Large
representative, both with terms to expire May 23, 2022, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to reappoint Tim Annable and Nicholas Berryman,
both with terms to expire May 23, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Katerie Lauck, and Jeff Reck be, and hereby are, appointed; and that
Tim Annable and Nicholas Berryman, are reappointed to the Board of Public Health, all with terms
to expire May 23, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of June, A.D., 2019.
