RE: LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND THE
GREELEY NATIONAL BANK CONCERNING GOVERNMENT FOOD
STAMP SAFEKEEPING IN THE GREELEY NATIONAL BANK VAULT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, is vested with the responsibility of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board, that
there is a need to safely store government food stamps, on behalf of the Weld
County Department of Social Services, and
WHEREAS, the Greeley National Bank, Greeley, Colorado, has
submitted a proposal guaranteeing safekeeping facilities for the storage of
said government food stamps in its bank vault, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interests of the
County to enter into such agreement on the basis recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that said agreement providing for
safekeeping of government food stamps, on behalf of the Weld County De-
partment of Social Services, in said bank's vault, copy attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference, be, and it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby is
authorized to execute the agreement as submitted and to make the same
effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of September, A.D. ,
1975.

Dear Mr. Nordstrom:
We are pleased to offer you safekeeping facilities for
the storage of your government food stamps under the following
conditions:
1. Signing by you of our usual rental contract which will more
particularly enumerate the legal basis of our agreement.
2. That access will be available to you between 8: 00am and
5: 30pm during banking days. Under special circumstances
arrangements can be made to handle these needs.
3. An annual fee of $3, 800. 00 will be charged for this service
payable monthly in advance on the first of each month at the
rate of $316 . 66 .
4. In addition to the fees set forth in #3 above, an entry fee
based on the following schedule will be charged and billed
on a monthly basis:
a. $1. 00 per entry for the first 625 entries, $2. 00 per entry
for the next 155 entries, and $3. 00 for each entry over 780.
5. This agreement is for a period of one year commencing on
July 1, 1975.
But both parties reserve the right to cancel on 30 days
written notice to the other and the agreement may be extended by
mutual agreement.
