RE: APPOINTMENT OF DON R. ANDERSON AS A MEMBER OF THE WELD
COUNTY UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee due to the resignation of Harold
C. McFate, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don R. Anderson be
appointed to membership on said Committee for the remainder of
the term, to expire December 31, 1978 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Don R. Anderson be
and hereby is, appointed as a member of the Weld County Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee for the remainder of the term, to
expire December 31, 1978 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of
June, A.D. , 1978 .

Dear Ed:
I have recently been reassigned to another job and due to this reassignment,
we would like to recommend that Mr. Don R. Anderson, Facilities Manager, who
has replaced me, be appointed as my successor to represent Mountain Bell on
the "Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee".
I wish to thank you and the other commissioners for permitting me to serve
on this committee for the past four years.
