RESOLUTION RE: GRANT COUNTY DANCE HALL LICENSE NUMBER 395 ISSUED TO RM, INC., DBA ROOM 119, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 2019, AT 12:00 MIDNIGHT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, RM, Inc., dba Room 119, presented the Board of County Commissioners with an application for a County Dance Hall License to hold public dances at the location described as follows: 3101 State Highway 119 Longmont, Colorado 80504 WHEREAS, said applicant has paid to Weld County the sum of $25.00 for said Weld County Dance Hall License, and WHEREAS, having examined said application, the Board deems it appropriate to grant a Weld County Dance Hall License to RM, Inc., dba Room 119, and WHEREAS, said license shall be issued upon the express condition and agreement that the public dances will be conducted in strict conformity to all laws of the State of Colorado, and any violation thereof shall be cause for revocation of the license.
