RE: APPOINTMENT TO FILL VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
OF WELD COUNTY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to _Section 4-4 (b) of the Well County
Home Rule Charter, the Board of Adjustment shall consist of
nine (9) members, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy now -exists in District Number _Five by
reason of the resignation of the membership on said Board of
Adjustment of Pat Thomas of Johnstown, Colorado, whose term
would have expired December 31, 1977, and
WHEREAS, it has been _recommended to the Board DT County
Commissioners of Weld County, Color-ado that Frank Yamaguchi
of 13211 Weld County Road 21, :Platteville, Colorado 80651 be
appointed to membership on said Board of Adjustment for the
unexpired portion of the term of -Pat Thomas , which term will
expire on December 31, 1977 to represent District Number Five
on said Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the -Board -of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Color-ado, that Frank Yamaguchi
be and hereby is appointed to serve on the Board of Adjustment
for the unexpired portion of the term of Pat Thomas, said
term expiring on December 31, 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 17th
day of January, A.D. , 1977.
The -above and foregoing Resolution was read in the record
and signed on the 24th day of January, A-D. , 1977.

Dear Mrs. Steinmark,

County Board of Adjustments.
Due to my appointment to the Weld County Hospital Board, I feel that
my resignation is in order.
