Project Location
Hunt Water, LLC
• Hunt Water, LLC is a long standing member of the Weld
County and Platteville Business Community.
• Hunt Water, LLC plans to invest in Weld County Gravel and
Water Development with smart up to date mining
techniques, water rights and water supply ingenuity to
provide valuable reclamation at this gravel mine.
Project Description
• The Site is located in the Southeast corner of HWY 85 and
HWY 60 (Weld County Road 27) and is in unincorporated
Weld County.
• Mine ^'60 Acre site adjacent to HWY 85 and a small 16 acre
site on the east side of HWY 85 in Weld County.
• Construct a 6,000 linear foot slurry wall.
• Extract "600,000 tons of aggregate with the potential to
extract more. Max truck 138 trips per day (12 hour day).
• Reclaim the site for insitu/open water storage to be used in a
court approved water rights augmentation plan.

Mining Considerations
• Approximately 3.5 million tons of resource
available.
•
• Mine 100,000 to 150,000 tons/year.
• Mine in �20 acre or less section if markets
conditions demand aggregate. Initially mining of
overburden only to expose sand to make insitu
storage more viable.
• Initially truck unwashed and unscreened material
offsite, with plans to wash and screen in the future.
Reclamation
• Maintain the Site per Weld
County, MSHA and the
DRMS.
• Weed Control.
• Replant in native grasses or
as dryland wheat.
• Site developed with -in Weld
County and local codes.
• Final use in Water Court
approved augmentation
plan to store water rights in
the insitu storage and open
water storage.
