We take great pride in providing the best waste and recycling services available in Northern Colorado. To help assure this, our Account Representatives shared several points relating to our service requirements when setting up your account. As a reminder of some of these, please review the list below. • Most Event Services require prepayment (COD); including all future requests for container empties or removal (credit approval will apply to any exception to this requirement) • A signed Driveway Authorization Form is required prior to any GSI truck traveling over structurally sensitive private property; including dirt or concrete driveways or walkways. • No statement will be sent for prepayment accounts unless requested or unless the amount of the prepayment fails to meet all charges (excess tonnage, contamination, etc) • Roll -off charges are assessed per haul and include up to seven (7) tons of waste; an overage fee of $20/ton will be assessed to loads exceeding this (7) ton limit. • To avoid any delays in service or return pickup fees, please ensure a clear right-of-way to access the container on the days surrounding your scheduled service. Containers must be in the same location we placed them or additional charges may apply. • Each account is assessed an Environmental Fee which is processed to recompense the State of Colorado for landfill usage. A Fuel Surcharge applies to all temporary services, and is generally listed in combination with the environmental fee. Attached is a Service Agreement for Special Event Services. This document further outlines the items above and other terms and conditions. Please review, sign and return this document to complete your order request as soon as possible, to avoid delay in the scheduled delivery of your equipment. We aspire to do our very best to provide the highest quality of service for our clients. We have worked long and hard to build a strong history of customer satisfaction and we are proud to have recently been recognized by the Better Business Bureau as a Torch Award winner for Excellence in Business Ethics. If you have questions about these matters, please contact your Account Representative at your earliest convenience. Our staff is here for you and will answer any questions regarding your account or the above information. Again, we thank you for your patronage and look forward to continuing to serve your waste and recycling disposal needs.
