Dear Ms . Snyder,
I am writing this letter in regard , to the proposed solar facility which is to be constructed directly north
of my property located at 11419 CR 36 . While I am not completely opposed to the solar facility, I am
requesting a fence which will screen my view from the solar panels and block the noise during
construction. I have attached a photograph looking to the north of my property, to show why proper
screening is important to protecting the esthetics of my view and how the established trees will not
provide the necessary screening. Therefore, I am requesting a fence constructed of I-beams, river rock
and rock screen and have included two (2) photographs of the fence. The fence will need to be 190' at
7-foot tall across the north side of the project and starting at the northeast corner of my property the
fence will need to be 125' long at 5 -loot tall to properly screen my view . This type of fence will allow me
to enjoy my property .
During Construction, I would like the applicant to use magnesium chloride on County Road 36 for dust
