SUMMARY- OF PROPOSED PROJECT
Western Equipment & Truck , Inc. / SunShare, LLC are requesting a Site -Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit for a Medium -Scale Solar Facility
(12 MWs).
Subject property is located at the SE corner of WCR 46 & WCR 31, zoned Agricultural,
and is 79.59 acres.
Initially a 2 MW (DC) photovoltaic (solar) power generation plant; followed by one 3 MW
(DC) photovoltaic power generation plant and one 7 MW (DC) photovoltaic power
generation plant ; for a total of 12 MWs (DC).
12 MWs (DC) is enough to power 2,280 homes (based on national average 2018)
