A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT — PAUL AND MICHELLE KING
A public hearing was conducted on February 6, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
la I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 16, 2018, and duly published
November 21, 2018, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Paul and Michelle King, for a Change of Zone, COZ18-0005, from the E (Estate) Zone
District to the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bob Choate, Assistant County Attorney, made this a
matter of record.
la Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, presented a brief summary of the proposal
and explained the case needed to be continued, due to incorrect zoning on the original notice.
Therefore, the case had been renoticed with the E (Estate) Zone District. She requested the case
be continued to Wednesday, February 13, 2019. In response to Chair Pro -Tern Freeman, Ms.
Snyder indicated the applicant was not present.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner James moved to continue the request of Paul and Michelle King for a Change
of Zone, COZ18-0005, from the E (Estate) Zone District to the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to
February 13, 2019, 10:00 a.m., to allow adequate notice of the request. The motion was seconded
by Commissioner Moreno, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the
hearing was completed at 10:01 a.m.
