We are the neighbors of the property owners of Adam Hilton & Lashawn Laguardiaa
who are asking for a IISR for Home Business.
We ask for the denial of the proposed project:
USR for Home Business (modification and repair of race cars) in the
Agricultural Zone District
They show no respect as they allow extreme noise at any hour of the day, or night It
is extremely disturbing to us, as we are closest to the proposed Home Business. This
neighborhood is a peaceful and quiet o►ne, and should stay the same.

We the residence who reside in the joAnn sub -division are
hereby signing this petition of complaint against Adam Hilton
& Lashawn Laguardia property owners at 1141 Bailey Dr,
Brighton, Co. We petition to stop the proposed project USR for
home business modification and repair of racecars in an
agricultural zone district.
The owners of this property continue to show no respect for
the neighborhood by condoning extreme noise from the
racecars and other motorized vehicles at various times of the
day and night.
