Bids were received and opened on April 11, 2019 for bid B1900082 - Cisco
Maintenance. Eight (8) bids were received ranging from $178,619.96* to $194,323.09.
Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bid responses. Insight Public
Sector, Inc. out of Tempe, AZ proposed the lowest cost solution of $178,619.96 and
meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1900081 EMC
Maintenance to Insight Public Sector, Inc. for a total amount of $178,619.96.

as they did not bid for support on numerous items and detailed specification sheets
o utlining support details were never provided.
* Previously low bid from Zones, LLC ($157,875.44) has been disqualified due bidding

* Previously low bid from CDW Government LLC. ($162,319.92) has been disqualified
because they did not include any items for Public Safety IT.
* Previously low bid from Netxperts, Inc. ($173,324.61) has been disqualified as they did
not bid for support on several items.
