Bids were received and opened on January 30, 2019 for B1900038 1150 Administration
Building Remodel — Data Cable (BG-958). Three (3) bids were received ranging from
$16,305.00 to $20,983.23. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all of the bid responses. Interface Communications
out of Boulder, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $16,305.00 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B1900038 1150 Administration
Building Remodel — Data Cable to Interface Communications for a total amount of $16,305.00.
