HomeMy WebLinkAbout790661.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- SIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County has acquired, and is the owner of the following described real property, duly recorded in the records of the County Clerk and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as follows, to-wit: Treasurer's Recorded Book & Decd Date Page/Reception No. Description 2672 8/28/78 845/1766898 Lot 5 Block 3 Glens of Dacono Unit #3 Dacono (Exc Coal and Minerals) WHEREAS, said property has been duly advertised for sale in the Platteville Herald, Greeley Tribune , and Longmont Times- Call on May 10, 1979 and May 31, 1979. Said property has been duly offered for sale at a public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on the 13th day of June, 1979, in the Chambers of the Board, and WHEREAS, Robert V. Frank, P. O. The Chairman opened all sealed bids. Jones for $101.00 each on the above parcels. Commissioner Kirby seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. Commissioner Kirby seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
