IE At the request of the various property owners, Assessor Dones presented the Board of
Equalization with a comprehensive list of appeals processed for Administrative Denial.
Commissioner James moved to administratively deny said appeals as reflected on Exhibit A to
the Final Determination Resolution, and seconded by Commissioner Conway, the motion carried
unanimously. Additionally, based on signed documentation, Assessor Dones presented the
Board of Equalization with a comprehensive list of Stipulated appeals. Commissioner Conway
moved to approve said Stipulated values. Seconded by Commissioner James, the motion carried
unanimously.
Assessor Dones thanked the Board of Equalization for their consideration and made closing
remarks. The Board each, in -turn, expressed their gratitude to Assessor Dones and the
Assessor's Office Staff.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was adjourned at 12:18 p.m.
