The assets for Fort Lupton were filed on the Brighton return and visa versa. We are requesting the asset listing be swapped to where they are actually located. I've included an amended value workup for your convenience. Additionally, the "Drilling Tools or Tools" are currently being assessed on a 14 Year Life which isn't representative o►f the use of this equipment. Most out-of-state jurisdictions assess this equipment anywherefrom a 3 to 8 Year Life. Please see the information provided to support our request. The equipment in question is not E&P equipment and does not belong to an operator or sit on the well site. This equipment is owned by a service company and used in the drilling process which the Colorado tables show a 6 Year Life.
