RESOLUTION RE: APPROVAL OF RECORDED EXEMPTION NO. 312 - SOUTH PLATTE FARMS. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public hearing held on the 27th day of March, 1978, in the Chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the division into two parcels of a certain parcel of land, as shown on the plat known as Recorded Exemption number 313 , being the property of South Platte Farms, described as the NWa of Section 19 , Township 5 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, except that part lying north of County Road and the N1 of the SWa of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows : All of the Northwest Quarter (NWa) of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, except that part lying North of the County Road and North Half (N1) of the Southwest Quarter (SWa) of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 63 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. The 1.555 acre Lot A is a part of a 37.555 acre parcel. However, 36 acres of this land lays in Sec. 24, T-5N, R-64 West of the 6th P.M. , with the improvements laying in the smaller 1.555 parcel located in Section 19, which is across the County Road.
