The 1.555 acre Lot A is a part of a 37.555 acre parcel. However, 36 acres of this land lays in Sec. 24, T-5N, R-64 West of the 6th P.M. , with the improvements laying in the smaller 1.555 parcel located in Section 19, which is across the County Road.
