I have reviewed the bid submittals from Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley and Rush Truck
Centers of Colorado. The City of Fort Lupton will accept the bid proposal #B1900050 as
presented by Spradley Barr Ford for the 2019 Heavy -Duty CNG Truck with optional
equipment for the City of Fort Lupton Public Works Department.
I have reviewed the bid submittals from Spradley Barr Ford of Greeley, Johnson Auto
and Rush Truck Centers of Colorado. The Spradley quote did not meet required
specification (fog lamps) and Johnson Auto Plaza did not meet cab specifications or
GVW. The City of Fort Lupton will accept the bid proposal #1900049 as presented by
Rush Truck Centers for two (2) - CNG-3/4 T Regular Cab Pickups with the optional
equipment for the City of Fort Lupton Public Works Department. City Council will vote
to accept the bid from Rush Truck Centers at the City council meeting on April 1, 2019.
