There are a few homes that sold for over $300,000 in the the comparable report from the Weld County website. However, those homes have considerably nicer finishes. In addition both of them have had recent major remodels or property improvements. Homes of similar value to ours have been included in the comparables I submitted previously as file "190527 Comparables".
