RE: TERMINATION OF OBLIGATIONS TO CONTRACT BETWEEN SIBLEY ENTER-
PRISES AND WELD COUNTY, COLORADO FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT
FORT LUPTON.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on December 13 , 1978, the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado approved the low bid of Sibley
Enterprises for cleaning services at Fort Lupton, and
WHEREAS, a contract between Sibley Enterprises and Weld
County, Colorado for said cleaning services has been prepared,
and
WHEREAS, neither Sibley Enterprises nor Weld County, Colorado
have signed said contract, and
WHEREAS, Sibley Enterprises and Weld County, Colorado desire
to terminate their obligations to said contract as of April 30 ,
1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the obligations as stated
in the contract prepared between Sibley Enterprises and Weld
County, Colorado be, and hereby are, terminated as of April 30,
1979.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
March, A.D. , 1979.
