Hi Bethany, It's been awhile since I have had to reach out about the adjacent property that Mr. Walker (WW, LLC) owns but is resistant to cease operations has continued to do whatever he wants. I should have reached out earlier but I have noticed a bunch of chemical containers instead of roll off dumpsters being stored at the adjacent property along with numerous trucks a day hauling supplies in and out. Sounds like Treatment Tech is the name of the company leasing from Mr. Walker. I and the rest of the neighbors are curious what kind of chemicals are being stored, do they have spill containment measures in place in case a vessel ruptures, do they have formal SPCC documents filed with the CDPHE? Ultimately why is this business being allowed to be ran out of this shop as well, we are all wondering what the county plans to do about it? I can't put into words the frustration we and all the neighbors have with how Mr Walkers operations have been handled and what appears to be the lack of follow through by the county, if you would like to discuss in further detail and I hope you do, you can reach me at the number below. I had heard when Mr. Walker decided to drop the lawsuit with the county and also that he was supposed to cease operations at that point and he never did, having said that I also understand there is a loophole that he could operate one truck which has not been the case. Attached are some pictures highlighting the use of two separate trucks on any given day entering his property in the evenings, I will say he has been operating them more strategically by having them leave and come back at staggered times I'm sure to not appear as if he was breaking any rules. I know we would like to see him have to abide by the judgement handed down by the county and the laws that we as individuals would have to follow. Please let me know if you need any additional information regarding this topic, if it's not too much to ask we would appreciate if you would follow up with us on what you plan to do to mitigate this. It seems that walkers plan is still unclear and not sure if there is sufficient enough water to support and the commercial is very vague which is off concern what he would do once approved and to have free reign and would the commercial apply to the complete parcel since it's not an exempted individual parcel. I also personally don't trust them they have never once attempted to contact and discuss with any of us neighbors or try to educate us as to what his intentions are. It's as though he has an alternate motive. Can you please consider my objection at the hearing? Thank you!
