Respectfully submit the following report,to-wit: After receiving our authority to act. we met at the starting point of said proposed road, on the
25th day of April ,1919 at the hour of 10:00 o'clock A A. 1L,being the time and place specified in our 't
appointment,and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition,as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition,and rim _14
proposed road as petitioned.
- ( the last named point being the terminus thereof,and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most prnerivable mute which we.in one judg-
meat,can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for,viz.: •

i - A slight detour to the East around hill between sections B and. 9, 11-56 - - .

We recommend the granting of said proposed road with the• above change and in conformity

Denver, Nov. 27.—(10—The state
' supreme court ruled today that
I section lines may be used for coun-
• i ty roads unless the necessary-statu-
{ tory steps are taken to have the
highway vacated.
The judgment was Sanded down
' in the case of David P. Uhl vs. W.
'• A. McEndaffer, both of whom live
i in Weld county.
' In April, 1948, McEndaffer had
the county road overseer remove a
section of Uhl's fence along a sec-
tion line between their farms and
i run a blade over the road. Uhl
I brought suit In Weld county court 11
and was awarded $90,for removal t
I of the fence and $400 damages for i
loss, of pasturage.
The supreme court held that 80 t
feet on each side of the line was
I available for a road and reversed e
1 that part of the decision giving Uhl
_ damages for loss of pasturage, but
