Box 758 Greeley, CO 80631 Re: Colorado State Register of Historic Properties nomination of the State Bank of Raymer (5WL.8194), 249 Centre Avenue, New Raymer, Weld County Dear County Commissioners: We write to inform you that the State Bank of Raymer will be considered by the Colorado Historic Preservation Review Board for nomination to the Colorado State Register of Historic Properties. The State Register is Colorado's official list of historic properties worthy of preservation. Listing in the State Register provides recognition and assists in preserving our state's heritage. You are invited to attend the State Register Review Board meeting at which the nomination will be considered. The meeting will be held on September 20, 2019, at the History Colorado Center at 1200 Broadway in Denver. The meeting is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 p.m., immediately following the conclusion of the meeting for the review of nominations to the National Register of Historic Places, at which comments concerning the eligibility of nominated properties are welcome. We suggest that you call our office if you are planning to attend so that we may note your attendance at the meeting.
