REGULAR MEMBER
WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION :
WHEREAS, a vacancy now exists on the Weld County
Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it ''.ias been recommended that Mr. J. Ben
Nix of Eaton, Colorado, be reappointed to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. J.
Ben Nix be and he is hereby reappointed as a Regular Member
of the Weld County Planning Commission to serve at the plea-
sure of the Board for a term beginning this date and ending
July 31 , 1979.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote this
20th day of August, 1975.
