RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Angela Pena and Thomas Kelly to said Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, both as alternates,
with terms to expire March 4, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Angela Pena and Thomas Kelly be, and hereby are, appointed to the Child
Protection Citizen Review Panel, both with terms to expire March 4, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of April, A.D., 2019.
