According to Weld County Colorado Land Records you are a property owner within 500'
of our property whose legal description is PT SW4 18-2-67 Lot B Amended Recorded
Exemption MIRE -3310 with a property address of 6251 CR 20 Firestone. On our
property is an uninhabitable house built in 1978 and a 60'x40' pole barn with living
quarters. We intend to rebuild the old home, in it's existing location, to be our primary
residence. The addition of a second residence requires specific land use and building
permits which we are applying for with Weld County.
If you have any concerns regarding the proposed use of the property or buildings, we
will have a Community Neighborhood Meeting at Mountain Cowboy Brewing Co located
at 318 Fifth St, Frederick, CO 80530 on Thursday, October 4th at 6:00 pm. This
meeting is an opportunity for us to explain in detail the proposed use, and address such
concerns.
