RE: BILL OF SALE FOR BRANNAN SAND AND GRAVEL COMPANY.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, at the public auction held by Weld County on
May 20, 1977 , Brannan Sand and Gravel Company purchased a
1974 Entyne Oil Maintenance Plant Serial No. M2320 , and
WHEREAS , in order to obtain title, license and regis-
tration to this item, Brannan Sand and Gravel Company must
present a Bill of Sale to the Weld County Clerk and Recorder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that a Bill of Sale , a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
for a 1974 Entyne Oil Maintenance Plant, Serial No. M2320 , be
and hereby is approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman Pro Tem of the Weld
County Board of County Commissioners, be and hereby is directed
to execute said Bill of Sale.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of
June, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the29th day of June, A.D. , 1977.

BILL OF SALE
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO,
Seller, in consideration of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS and 00/100 ($1 ,550. 00) , paid by BRANNAN SAND AND GRAVEL
COMPANY, Buyer, of 4800 Brighton Blvd. , Denver, Colorado, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged , does grant, sell, transfer, and
deliver to Buyer the following goods :
one (1) 1974 Entyne Oil Maintenace
Plant-base unit-serial number M2320 .
Buyer shall have all rights and title to the goods in himself
and his executors, administrators and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed this Bill of Sale
at Greeley, Colorado on June 29 , 1977.
