For Parcel #070504100022, USR is requesting note for water and sewage. Water has not been taped nor
has sewage. The purpose of this building will be for 10 or less employees and will not house a Full -Time
employee. Time spent on the property is less than 2 hours per day and will be seasonal. The sole
purpose of this building is to house equipment and supplies and drop off point for trucks. A commercial
portable toilet will be on -site and bottled water service. This note is also included in the minutes from
the pre -application meeting.
