RE: CREATION OF THE BUILDING TRADE ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS THERETO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that a Building Trade Advisory
Committee be created to serve as an advisory committee to the
Building Inspection Department of Weld County, Colorado to review
any pending or new regulations of said department and to review
any problems which may arise between the Building Trades Industry
and the Building Inspection Department, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended to the Board that the follow-
ing individuals be appointed to the Building Trade Advisory Commit-
tee:

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has determined that it would be in the best interest of
Weld County to create said -Building Trade Advisory Committee and
to appoint the aforementioned individuals to said Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that a Building Trade Advisory
Committee to serve as an advisory committee to the Building -Inspec-
tion Department of Weld County, Colorado to review any pending or
new regulations of said department and to review any problems which
may arise between the Building Trades Industry and the Building
Inspection Department, be and hereby is created.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the aforementioned
individuals are appointed to the Building Trade Advisory Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of
April, A.B. , 197-8.
