GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the common corner for Sections 15, 16, 21 and 22 in Township 11 North, Range 63 West of' the 6th P. M. in Weld County and running thence along the section line between sections 15 and 22 and Sections 14 and 23 to the East side of sections 14 and 23 to the point of intersection with the North-South county road situate on the east sides of Sections 14 and 23. in accordance with the resolution of the Board of County Commissioners dated October 12, 18399 and recorded on October 14, 1889 in !took 88, page 293 of the Weld County-Records .c;..._ declaring, this to be a public road or county roads , it I Said road to_be not less than sixty(60)feet in width being 30 feet on each side of the section line. W. Van Doran, H. B. Trepet and twenty others under- taking to repay to Geld County in money or labor on roads the said ^^-_00, And whereas said--persons have -constituted C.-C. Branch as. -- chairman of their Committee to represent them in said survey and to pay said money over to the Federal Government, And whereas it is to the interest cf 'Meld County to have said road line permanently and definitely est:blished; Now, therefore, be it resolved that Weld County contribute said sum of "400 as the amount necessary to complete the fund to make said survey and that warrant for said amount of }^_CO be made to and delivered to t•E C.
